Todd Heinz
Founder & CEO
Todd spent over a decade in the investment banking industry where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and operational restructurings. His experience ranges from interim CEO, CFO, and CRO to capital raises and divestitures. His clients ranged from institutional investors to founder owned businesses. During this time, he worked with some active lifestyle businesses and realized the challenges in managing ambassador relationships and properly incentivizing them.
His passion for the outdoors and pursuit of an active lifestyle are the reason for RockPorch. He was fortunate to have a childhood entrenched in the outdoors- that passion continues today in his love for all things outside.
Murrey Wanstrath
COO
Murrey has over 20 years of experience. In his former roles at Revere Capital, LLC, rewardStyle, Tolleson Wealth Management, and Terra Nova Financial Group, among others, he took on pivotal roles to shape and guide strategy across multiple disciplines, including finance, operations and investor relations.
He has an impressive track record of success including overseeing revenue growth from $15 million to over $100 million in less than four years, growing an employee base from 40 to 200+ in three years, and assisting with the expansion to six global offices.
Murrey is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Financial Analyst. When he’s not leading meetings or knee-deep in a spreadsheet, you’ll find him golfing, playing a mean game of tennis, or hanging out with his family.
James Pee
CTO
James has spent the last 20 years as a senior executive in the software development and technology space. He has built and led high-performing teams in a variety of industries where technology was a key differentiator. At RockPorch, he is responsible for guiding the team on all things technical.In his spare time, James enjoys travelling and spending time with his family. He can be found cheering on his daughter and other competitors at USA Climbing events or at the skate park with his son.
Jen Steere
Director of Brand Partnerships
Jen is a influencer marketing guru and creative strategist, passionate about all things social media and connecting brands and creators. With a wealth of experience in managing creators, orchestrating campaigns, and crafting brand strategies, Jen offers a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight. Her client roster includes Bloom Nutrition, Nightcap, and Halara.
Born in Puerto Rico and raised in a diplomatic family, Jen’s love for travel and adventure is boundless. During her Master’s in Communication at Florida State, Jen discovered her passion for rock climbing, which has since taken her across the country and immersed her in the great outdoors.
Elaine Rau
Creator Development Manager
Elaine spent 7 years as a full-time content creator working with brands like Amazon, Samsung, BestBuy, Intel and many more on influencer campaigns. She’s grown social media channels from zero to over 100K followers, blogs from scratch to 2M monthly views, and email lists to over 25K subscribers. Not only does she have experience as a creator, she’s also consulted brands on how to start, grow, and scale their influencer and affiliate income.
When she’s not mastering the social media and marketing world, Elaine’s adventurous spirit takes her on exciting journeys like guiding 12-day backpacking/canoeing trips, scuba diving in Bali, or conquering the Chicago marathon (last year)!
Brad Barnes
Software Developer
Having spent over two decades as a successful guitarist and guitar teacher performing across the US and the Caribbean, and teaching numerous students who went on to perform around the world (and even win Emmy’s!), Brad decided to return to his childhood obsession with computer programming.
He returned to school, and began a new journey as a software developer. Music is the “math of emotion,” and software development is the employment of math and logic to solve real human problems, so Brad has always seen them as extensions of the same thought processes (which is why so many musicians are successful as software developers).
Brad continues to teach guitar as well, and loves weightlifting, recreational shooting, and traveling.
Martha Wanstrath
Director of Marketing
From media planning and buying to public relations and brand development, Martha brings more than 15 years of experience helping both B2B and B2C clients connect with their customers in meaningful ways.
She has a passion for finding key drivers of influence and excavating unique opportunities for her clients. Helping them to build strong brands both internally and externally.
Martha graduated from Vanderbilt University with her BA in marketing communications and French. She loves working in the garden (mostly pulling weeds), fly fishing, hiking, tennis, skeet shooting, and being with her family.
Caitlin Stoiber
Influencer & Campaign Manager
Caitlin is an influencer and creator campaign management specialist who has worked across a diverse global roster of brands ranging from lifestyle, tech, fashion, spirits and more. Some of her most well known clients include Amazon, Molson Coors, Tommy Bahama and Wild Turkey.
Midwest born and raised her love of the outdoors was sparked after craving more and more time away from the city. Always drawn to the water, this led to an impulse move to a lake town on the west coast of Michigan where she spent time paddle boarding, open water swimming, surfing (yes it’s possible) and lots of time at the beach.
In her free time she enjoys long bike rides, spending time at the lake with her daughter, hiking, and skiing.
